Herbs and Oils;
We make no claims regarding properties, medicinal or magical in regards to any Herbs, Oils, Oil Blends, Incenses, Perfumes, Lotions, Creams, Spells or Magical items. These items are sold for entertainment and or enjoyment purposes. In certain situations use of some herbs and oils can be dangerous, we do not accept responsibility for their use, please be advised to seek the advise of a qualified herbalist or medical professional before purchasing from us.

Delivery: We aim to process your order within 3 days of receipt, but please allow 28 days for delivery. In the unlikely event of your order being delayed we will contact you. Your order may require a signature upon delivery, if you are not in, please make sure you make arrangements for redelivery or collection; if you fail to collect your order and it is returned to us, you will be charged for redelivery. Please do not sign for damaged parcels alternatively sign to say they were damaged on receipt and inform us immediately.

Stock: Most items shown on the website are in stock and we aim to maintain sufficent stock levels. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you and make alternative arrangements. Somes handcrafted items such as cloaks, wands etc are made to order. We require full payment for these items and they are nonreturnable.

Guarantee: Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email or recorded letter. Provided your order has not been shipped or your item/s were customized and in the process of being made, we will cancel your order.

Returns: If you wish to return an item please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of shipping. We will give you a return code. Please note that we do not accept or take responsibility for returns without a valid code. All returns must be shipped back by a secure method, they must be securely packaged and contain a valid return code.

Overseas Orders: Overseas returns will have any duty and tax we have to pay on them deducted from the final refund amount.

Damaged Goods: We thoroughly check all items before shipping and therefore cannot accept the return of damaged goods unless you signed for them as damaged which proves they were damaged in transit, this allows a claim to be made against the shipping company. You must contact us within 24 hrs of receiving a damaged product for it to be eligible for in-transit damage compensation.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act 2000, when returning an item you are required to take good care of it while it is in your possession and you you must ensure that it is securely packaged and not damaged in transit on its return to us.

Service Charge: we reserve the right to deduct a 20% service charge to cover handling on ALL returned orders. Shipping costs are not refundable. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Act 2000.

Prices: All prices are applicable until superseded by a website change. From time to time we reserve the right to offer items at a reduced rate, for a limited time only. The price you pay is the price listed at the time of purchase.

All of the above does not affect your statutory rights with in the UK.

Swords and Knives: All our swords and knives are sold as ceremonial or display items. The law requires that we do not sell knives to under sixteens, however it is our personal policy to not sell swords or knives to anyone under the age of eighteen. Proof of Age, Name and Address will always be required and purchasers must agree to their details being added to our confidential database.

Confidentiality: Any information given to The Crafty Cauldron by our customers, is treated in the strictest confidence. Under no circumstances do we sell or pass on any information to a third party.
